No exp increase is right. The thread bohlas linked is rather amusing though, almost makes up for Sony's gaffe.

Um, false. While I'm not a proponent of Station Cash, I also won't ignore all the myriad good things the program has introduced that probably wouldn't have come about unless they paid for themselves.

Weapon molds
Race/gender/name changes
Server transfers at half the previous cost
Familiars and potions (that wouldn't have been added to the game for free)


While it sucks that a promotion everyone would/could enjoy was blocked by a promotion a few people would enjoy, I'm not going to downplay the fact that the program has been beneficial to me. I've purchased many weapon molds because most of SOE's weapon graphics over the last 4 years have been complete ****. For every Power-Infused Steamcleaver, there are thirty to fifty downright hideous examples.
