I am looking for any information on a mob in Brell's Rest called Neppigrim Raztupit. He drops Neppigrim's Longcutter. Wanting to know where he spawns, his p/h, etc. Any information helps, thanks. SMILEY

Killed the gnomes at the lake in the southern part of the zone for about 7 hours, did not show there so doubtful that is where he spawns.
