Want to quit my guild and cant find a command and have tried every combination I could think of so can someone help me?

Go to EQ button, the open up the Guild function. It will list all the guild members. Click on yourself, and at the bottom you will see a "remove" option. Hit this, and you will be out of your guild.

I believe you can also target yourself and type /guildremove.
