graveskull shouts "And now you die! You shall feed the soil for the nextNights of the Dead!"

a bandit shouts "Noooooooo!"

Merchant Minimas shouts "Nooooooo!"

Maesyn Trueshot shouts "Nooooooo!"

The NPC shouting is then removed from the world for a short time.

What the heck is going on here? I was in the bandit camp and thought I saw a black flaming skull hovering in the camp near the fire right before a bandit was taken. Is there supposed to be a quest involved here?

Part of Halloween quest. This particular one started in 2008.

It doesn't look like this quest has been added to the database, but it results in a single charge clicky of the Graveskull illusion.
