Recent Alla's changes now have the posts hidden through many links requiring you to expand them to see the posts. I know you might be doing this in an effort to save bandwidth, but is there at least a setting that I am not aware of that I can change so that it always expands the posts rather than shrinking them all down?
I am not talking about the rating filters either (for those that were about to jump in here). This seems to only happen when selecting specific messages in the New Comments section on specific posts.

Clicking "root thread" expands it all out. Not exactly the fix/response you seek but better than the compressed messages. Root thread will save you time on a busy thread that has multiple posts showing in the new posts area, and provides the context the post was in response to.
