Hi guys, I have recently returned to the game and have been playing on the Mayong server with me brother, however I do have toons on the Terris Thule/Prexsus server. My Main was a 75 Bard which I loved! Nothing more fun then pulling for a group or raid. However coming back I realize that I am going to have to get some solo grind spots for a Bard to handle. I have a 75 merc Healer (Journeyman) and most of my first lvl bard spells up to 75. I have close to 400 AA's and about 14 in both combat agility and stability. What kind of tactics and zones can a Bard handle with this profile.

Thanks

A bard's best bet for soloing is swarm kiting. At 75 you can swarm kite the mammoths in Icefall Glacier with ease and the xp should be good.

Hi
The swarmkiting tip is your best bet when leveling a bard. It takes a bit of practise to get it right as you have to mezz before charming but easy once you get the hang of it. Go here for more info http://forums.theconcerthall.net/

Another option for you is to go to Katta Castrum (http://eqbeastiary.allakhazam.com/search.shtml?zone=470) and hunt elementals (e.g http://eqbeastiary.allakhazam.com/search.shtml?id=24724). When you /con them you will notice that the description says "looks pretty weak". This was introduced some time ago and their attack values have been significally lowered.

Other than weak mobs, you wont be tanking anything as a bard for a good while (Bard myself)

Once you hit level 79 get the new charm spell and hit Loping plains (http://eqbeastiary.allakhazam.com/search.shtml?zone=529) and find the alligators at the beach. These should yield about 10 aas per lesson as a bard, so do you grind here (swarmkiting)

Good luck
