I forget the name but the random BP drop in Riwwi is chain graphic and monk wearable. Required lvl 55 if memory serves. Was badass back when GoD came out.
Baleful Blood soaked Cuirass is the name of it.

Fungus Covered Scaled Tunic 4tw. It shows up as chain on a human. Plate on iksar.
