EverQuest updates are inevitable. Nothing we can do to change this fact but take our medicine and hope it ends soon. Here are a few things I've come up with as a way to help pass the time on EverQuest update days:

Mow the Lawn - thus finding your BBQ and patio furniture again, maybe even finding that 1965 mustang still up on blocks

Feed the cat(s) and/or dog(s)

Feed the hampster to the dog(s)

Feed the fish to the cat(s)

Take a shower.... please

Do laundry

clean off the desk from empty soda cans / beer cans

reboot the computer (OMG its been on for two weeks)

Hey look, there are other websites out there

Get the mail - oops better pay the internet bill

shop for groceries... online of course

read a book? What the?... nah forget that.... Watch a video

Say "Hi" to the kids

pay the rent

Go to work - hey, not sick today... well at least until 12 noon pacific

take a walk (ummm this was the wife's idea... ya right)

clean the gunk off the keyboard

find the cell phone - no calling it won't work if the batttery is dead

hug your spouse

find your spouse

take back those library books you checked out 14 years ago

find the library

log onto Allakhazam.com website and post crazy stuff in the forums

check time - is EQ back up? bah...

-i play other games.
-xbox
-check on my eve online characters. training issues. minning ect.
-play a free mmorpg
-start watching a TV series. i buy a lot of them. wal-mart boxing day cheapest prices for them
-if warm out i go build something. last month i build my wife a book case 8 feet by 8 feet for all our dvd's and vhs movies. plus built her a exercise step. nice large wood one . so our 4 yr old can step on same time as us.

this month during update i build my spice rack over the stove

right now i'm dieing to go to bed been up since 7pm yesterday for work. but have to wait till new server up . have to see whats its like
