new poision combines :: Free Realms

I am a rogue w/ a 172 skill (178 w/ trophy), and lev 70. I am trying to make a new poison that is a 188 skill i believe, bite of shissar VII to try and skill up. All the items can be bought in POK. I have a collapsed mortar and pestle and all 4 items are in individual slots ( no multiples) and when i try to combine the game says im too inexperienced. Question is, w/ new poisons how can i get better..i dont understand why i cant skill up only 10 points below. Any suggestions?

Try making the support poisons instead of the dps ones.

I know there are some quests related to poisens, might have to complete to beable to make? There might be hard coded levels to attempt them, much like PoP ethereal parts to quested armors. Also, theres a number tomes for other tradeskills, this might require you to purchase a tome to learn the potential recipies.

Sorry its not more concrete info, I dont peronally make poisens.

From the sounds of it, it's not your posion level, it's your character level (70) that's keeping the combine from happening ('too inexperienced')...

ty for info. I know it isnt experience since i am well beyond the level to make..it may be like you said i need a tome to " learn" the recipe. Now..i guess ill have to find that:)

You can't skill up on DPS poisons. It was coded this way on purpose. Ngreth (The DEV who made the new poison system) said so. My Google Fu is weak so no link, sorry.

This thread might help (has some links in it). I'm not up on the new Poison system, so I'll let you decide if they're worthwhile or not :) They looked useful to me however :)
