Cleric no-drop camps (For fun + vox/naggy solo)Follow

Well I've started to absolutely love my cleric as of yesterday, and after getting from 25->35 in about 4 hours, I've decided to start equipping him with something other than bazaar gear. Can anyone point me in the direction of some good gear? Quest gear, weapons, etc.

I have a 72 mage that I can use to camp whatever for him, so no-drop gear isn't out of the question. I also don't necessarily mean stuff he can use NOW, I just want to start collecting naggy/vox (And beyond) solo (Well, duo with cleric merc) gear now rather then later. I especially need a new weapon, since I'm using some bazaar int caster + monk/cleric 1hb right now, which has a bad ratio but a 150pt proc. The rest of my gear is bazaar gotten, including a 36% haste belt, and a full set of trio jewelry (With taaff, and DS in slot 11).

I would also like some augs and a decent charm. I remember there being a quest for both that are doable at level 5, but I can't remember what they're called.

Anyways, thanks in advanced - I've always wanted to fight naggy and vox, but have never had the chance.


Edit: I also kind of want to go around soloing old world dragons / content on top of vox/naggy, so I need all around good gear ... And some ideas on what to fight. Right now the list is naggy, then vox, then eventually err... Whoever drops the fungi in Seb. I'm definitely going to be recording these fights, and may put them up on youtube if there is any interest. I doubt there will be, but it's a shame that the EQ:WoW ratio on youtube is so horrible... I won't change that but at least I can try to make it better! :p

Oh no no, defiant is fine - I mainly meant the spots that defiant can't fill (Well), like primary (1hb), range, waist (?), etc.
Mainly I just need a good weapon, and maybe a better haste item if there are any to be had.


Edit: Just to clairfy, my post was inspired by this profile: http://eq.magelo.com/profile/1404791 - I'm not sure if what he has is the best of what is attainable by a 72 mage, through quests, etc.. And how worth the camp times what he does have is.

Kind of an old post but thanks :) - he's 65 now so I kind of missed out on solo'ing the dragons. Is the first hammer soloable by a 76 mage? Login to mage and kill him, then get on cleric. As for the DA hammer - can you still attack/do damage when it procs?

Actually could I solo all of the hammers on my mage?

The first hammer is very solable with a mage. But it will take quite a while to get to the spawn if you are going to kill log etc but totally possible. For the DA hammer I believe you can still melee but no spells. But you can click off also that 18 secs of Invuln automatically removes mobs from aggro which is a plus.

Cant attack when DA is on either, but you can always click it off from your buff window.
