Saturday I helped a mage friend get Burnout VI. This was my 1st time ever doing TBS pirate missions. We did Beal #1 and Mer #1. The missions were fun.

I've done a 360 on my EQ thinking. We broke out the mercs and I set foot into TSS Direwind Cliffs. I feel like I should be in Direwind cliffs, a great zone.
Me and my merc are working on tenacity rank 2 for a friend.
Over the 2x period, I leveled the beasty to 76 and got about 30 AA. The 76 instant cast poison dot spell is fun to use.

How about your 2X gameplay period ?

Had a great time all this weekend, I play a Warrior my friend a Mage and my wife a Chanter, This weekend I played my Mage he played his Warrior and she played her Paladin , was great fun gaining levels AA's and learning all the answers about our alts classes that we never even knew the questions too.

With the double Exp we managed to make some headway into levels to make playing our alts all the more enjoyable

Welp, Friday night I spent several hours debating over nice spots to set up camp (to rotate characters in and out over the weekend). Mech Guardian, while awesome xp, doesn't really lend itself to that given the floor arrangement. But I spent six hours there rolling up about 90 AA all told (across 6 characters).

For the rest of the weekend, I alternated between Plane of Earth (for the low 70s), treants in Loping Plains (for the mid 70s), and Mech Guardian (for the 80-ish). It was odd, really. Those of my characters who loaded up on XP potions (from the orcs in Ro/Commons way back when, ceremonial elixir, etc) got tons of AA while the others (due to recent account splits, I have several characters who don't have lesson) got it at a nice clip but nothing spectacular.

If I wasn't such a stick in the mud, I would've done Dains since those were giving ridiculous xp I hear, even for MMs.

I also got a chance to check out Direwind. Man, my Paladin loves her some fleshstitch golems and carrionmancers.

I also found the increased activity led to increased competition in bazaar so I have a nice cache of stuff I bought well below (Fennin) market value that I'll resell over the next month or so.
