does anyone know where i can find an accurate list of titles and suffixes and what is required to obtain them?

One that isn't listed there that I know about: suffix 'of Qeynos', which was awarded at the end of the Karanas Plague event years ago. The person who got the title on Torv (when it existed), Themosh, was a groupmate. (All I got was a crappy 'Ring of the Warlord', bah). He also got The Qeynos Shield, which was odd since he's a Rogue (I was a warrior).
