Need a good place to level my level 42 druid.Follow

I got a lvl 76 bst and I'm trying to get my druid on second account caught up so I can try to start leveling my bst again. I tried the hotzones solb and great divide. Both zones are pretty much crammed during the times I'm able to play.

Higher end mobs Blightfire Moors , especially in Dark Tower (northwest area in Blightfire Moors) or the Mesa.

The Hole until you are 70.

Every alt I make goes there in the early 40s and stays. It's a huge place that has mobs that are blue until level 71.

1. Get level 43, buy allure of wild (animal charm to level 49). Go to dulak with a healer merc. Charm a rat, buff up with savage spirit, strength and dmg shield. Proceed to cream both storage warehouses by the old kite area. This rat will break charm a lot due to a high magic resist. You can kill both warehouses and all roaming guards before repops. I stayed in this area to 53 creaming the light blues.

Now quest or buy glamour of tunare and call of karana. You can now charm a piggie in nadox and cream a ton of trolls and pigs, or head to nightmare charm a blood raven get to gargolye city and cream the fast spawming gargolyes on walls. These guys are 57 so you can stay here awhile.

When I was 62 here with 100 AAs I switched to tank merc for the extra dmg as I could kill faster with this combo.

Be sure to do at least 1 dmg on mob to avoid lossing xp to the charmed pet kill.

O grasping roots is a must spell. I like to root the mob pet is figthing plus I root the animal when it breaks, and at 48 sec max time pet can get back to work.

i'd hit great divide and i would Quad Kite the wolfs use the green lightning spells to hit all 4 at once...

you could also go to dreadlands and solo root rot the mobs there (can stay till 46 or 50 then try plane of innovation)

***** yourself out to groups /ooc druid lfg can heal...

druids at that low level are good for healing, adding dps, pulling.. all sorts of things.

good luck.

Kunark (Greatest expansion IMO) has some great zones for that Range. Should not be very crowded either. Emerald Jungle, Tranknon’s Teeth, Burning Woods, Dreadlands. On Velious there is Wakening Lands. On Luclin’s there is Tenebrous Mountains, Fungus Grove, the Grey…all fun all have unique features and drops..most are out side.

As was mentioned above (if you're solo'ing the druid), quadding wolves in GD is good, can quad cougars in Iceclad for a few more lvls, quad specters in oasis for a lvl or two and then move onto quadding wyverns in cobalt scar.

I would think Giants in Great Divide would work well too, as well as provide some plats.

Traditionally speaking the low forties would be the perfect time for a Druid to hit the wyverns and drakes in Cobalt Scar and learn to quad kite. With a 70 something alone though you'd probably get much better xp in some of the newer expansion zones - maybe Draniks Scar or the appropriate leveled TSS zone.

I've now got a bunch of other places to try thanks to you all. I'm using my 76 bst to power level the druid fast by the way. :)

Charm kiting is a blast. Glamour is a really helpful spell to prevent them breaking charm as often. Save up the AAs and go for dire charm as soon as you can (59 I think). That eliminates all breaks.

I was quadding too. That's also a blast. High risk/reward. I don't remember if the walrus were still good at that level though. I think that's where I was (East Wastes.)
