Consigned ArmorFollow

I wondered the same thing when I saw yesterday's update. In all respects it looks like it mirrors defiant armor except that is is no-drop. Every piece, from simple to elegant, was all uploaded to Lucy within about a 30-min span, so I wonder if maybe there is a vendor for it somewhere? I doubt it, but it seems odd to have been able to see every piece of it in such a short period. There is also a Package of Consigned Armor in the database so it might be a claim item of some kind.

Pretty sure it's the armor box you buy with $1000 of station cash.
