I do believe that comes from the Crystallos raid instance in an area of the zone that's not accessible in its static version.

out of the 20+ screenshots ive had posted on alla's not a single one has ever been photoshopped. they are all from in game during raids, me soloing around, or me and my friends and guildies just out having a good time.. ive taken so many screenshots that i cant remember where all of them come from but this was from the crystallos raid instance i believe heading to the ice2 raid.. with over 1100 screenshots in my folder from just the past few years its hard to keep up with them all :D
That shoot was from the last room before you get to the Dragon in Ice Wing. I can think of many other questions about that pic than if it was photo shopped guess those that can't get got to disbelieve in those that can.
