10th Anniversary Quests - Justice of the TribunalFollow

Quick note on this quest.

All of the mobs are in major cities obviously. If your faction is bad in that city, where they mob is situated was such that you shouldn't draw aggro from city guards, etc. (Most were in a room of an inn or in some out of the way corner.) Invis to the outlaw, and kill it.

The respawns are EXTREMELY quick (Grobb mob respawned almost the second we killed it, others took a few mins, but very few.)

If you have more than one person in the group, the first one to hail gets the initial aggro. However, if you are fighting and haven't hailed the mob yet, you can hail in the middle of the fight and get the initial update, and then get the kill credit when mob is dead.

This one really gives you a tour around some of the cities in Norath! lol
