All of the quest NPC's in Crescent Reach are not showing the level range for the quests above their heads- just a + or a -

I know I haven't played in a few years, but this isn't right, is it? Any ideas?

I noticed that too last night, they did use to have numbers above their heads...

Oh so it's not just me? I just started playing again today after a few years and it didn't seem right. . .and the screenshots of the guys on Allakhazam show the numbers like I remembered.

yeah its not a big problem there but your are right, it is different.
