Friday: I upgraded my computer, fresh windows xp sp3, 2 gigs of ram, 80 gig hard drive split into 2 partitions. I was fighting making default_old UI to work, dummy me I had an extra default_old folder in uifiles before the files lol.
Saturday: I was using the ati radeon 9600 pro driver from Microsoft. I noticed pictures were not sharp and video was horrible. I played EQ just a little.
Sunday: I installed catalyst 8.12 drivers as recommended by EQ. Wow EQ has never looked so clear and crisp. I buckled down and hit 75 on beasty.
On a side note, I installed kaspersky antivirus 2009, the most recent version from there website using the cd key. I'm very impressed with this program. I can turn it off before playing EQ with no problems. It is very light on system resources.

Ive been so busy today with Fabled J boots that I didnt even check allak till now. Maybe thats why I'm the second to post here.
Friday Shaman in NC. Rune hunting no runes Jonwin died to bad pull, winnie gated. Took the ranger and druid to drooga to try out the cleric merc. So far so good. I can handle more pulls than with druid only heals.
Saturday. Work on ship. Gave the 2nd Saturday "lecture" on ACW Navy re-enacting to two folks. What an ego boost. ( Just glad to have had someone, though they wanted more info on Navy Life than on how to portray it.) Evening was Balt. SF society meeting. Did log on shaman in NC. She now has merc so healign is good and i can pull 3 mobs in a row if ridgerunner not up. Did get one rune
Sunday Work at the Lighthouse. Cold in the afternoon there. Evenign was loggin onto shaman and doing one LOD in Cod or trying to. Played a bit of Civ 2.

Shameless bump to add to my post count. The other entries today were not deliberate attempts. Someone had to play eq last weekend.
Well I was holding off on posting, since I thought I'd get the basics of a new website done, but of course, I'd keep running into bugs, that I insisted on tracking down :D
So, still haven't fixed powersupply fan, prob gonna do that later today .. I gotta play during Fabled .. only got 1 week in 2006 (or maybe it was 2007), and it hurt bad ... mo/bo fried, and cpu not long after, when I tried using an older board. That bit.
Anyway, that all means, no EQ (ingame at least) for me this past weekend. However, I have been keeping up on the forusms some what, and working the new website (about EQ), which hopefully lead to some more wiki pages here as well.
