Read update regarding patch morning of the March 12th. Not on game because of work but there was nothing announcing anything about 10th anniversary fable or anything. Did SoE patch that in also or do we have to wait for another patch?

The Fableds don't start until the 16th. I'm not sure if they're bringing down servers for an hour or whatever. Or just turn them on at 3AM EST.

Yesterdays patch installed the scripts for the fableds. There's no longer any need to bring the servers down for fabled to spawn.
So if you kill a PH on Sunday night at 11:59 PST, the next spawn cylce could show up as a PH or as a fabled.
