Hello knowledgeable EQ people!
I'd like to get information on how to raise the caps on my stats and resists. I started the MPG trials and understand that completing all six raises resists by 50. I'm more interested in how to raise my stat caps. I've maxed out all the AAs that raise them so I'm looking for quests. I believe there are LDoNs but that was so long before my time I'm not even sure how to search for them.
Any info would be much appreciated!

Completing the first tier of DoN progression raises stat caps, but I'm not sure if it also raises resists or not.
The DoN tier 1 will raise stats by 10, but not resists.
MPG Group trials raise resist caps, when all 6 are completed.
AAs are the only other way I know to raise resist caps.
