How do I fix my Discapline and merc Timers?Follow

On my SK, after I use a disc, the time tells me I have 8700h left till i can use it again, but when i go and try to use them it won't let me until the 8000h timer is up. What can i do to fix this problem?
Also with my merc when I suspend him it tells me I have 300h till I can use him, but when the 5 mins is up the unsespend button highlights.What can i do to fix this problem?
