Gem Slot QuestionFollow

I have new armor and some old augs fit and that is good. I am stuck with some Slot 9 Dragon ones but that is okay.

Here is are the questions:

1. Have a lot of #13 slots, any vendors that sell the gems, none in Bazaar.

2. In Bazaar there are Slot 11, Crafted (group), will those fit in any slot?

I tried Wiki and such and nothing. I dont want to buy #11 if cant use and realize for specifically name items.
