Potion Belt SlotFollow

Hi,

I found how to bring the belt up and I apparently had two slots from before and my problem now is I want a third slot. It is for a speed potion and acceptable by the belt. I make a hot key for all three but......I cant get the new potion into the belt. It doesnt show a blank spot for a third potion. Have looked here in database not finding anything.

1) You can get an additional slot by buying "Quick Draw" for 5 AAs (TSS).

2) There are some items that give an extra slot, but only when worn. Most of them (if not all) are waist items.
