SK Harm Touch?Follow

My SK has been getting messages (on levelling) about ability in Harm Touch. Is there some trick to using it? I can't find it on the combat abilities or actions windows, or in the skills list.

AA Window (V) under Class tab, Harm Touch .. use the Make Hotky button, once you select it.

SK Harm Touch is now listed on an AA window. I believe Class but not 100% sure. That is where you get the hotkey for it as well.

Notice you can add to the damage HT does and to how soon it will refresh by putting aa points towards it. The first level is a free aa and you get it at level one.
