Every defiant weapon I've had drop on test has been 2 hand piercing. Thinking back to my beasty on xegony, I've had a ton of intricate defiant tridents drop. I don't ever remember seeing a 2 hand slash drop.
As for my druid on test, I killed enraged soulstealer for soulstripper so I'm set, but this puzzles me.
Any thoughts on the lottery that is defiant ?

Nope not stacked. But it could be zone dependent. On povar the bazaar is full of defiant weapons of all type.
Sure the bazaar has all flavors of defiant weapons, however 2 hand piercing seems to be the most common drop.
define common?.....the defiant weapons and armor in my opinion drop more than bone chips. Just joking but pretty close. I think it might be zone dependant on certian items. I have had the same mob drop two different level items also.
You type Defiant in Bazaar Search window and you get the warning that there is over 200 items. You won't find that with bone chips...lol

Odd, I had all sorts of defiant drops when I was playing last year. My Warrior is nearly covered in defiant armor...and this cool breastplate I got from a bear. I guess it's been a while though so they may have changed the way they drop.

I've had one 2hs drop and a couple of 1 handers but the most common for me has been 2hb.
Getting lots of intricate plate though, which makes my young cleric happy.

Uhh Vinny? Bad example.
Bone chips are only used by low level Necros (and most SKs). Most mid-level Necros get the AA skill 'Flesh to Bone' which mitigates the need for buying (or farming) bone chips since they can just take the "useless" animal meats they get and turn them into bone chips. Higher level Necros get an AA (Deathly Pact) that completely eliminates the need for bone chips (or at least, more than 2 bonechips. It prevents the bonechips from being expended/used). Since the Kaladim quest was nerfed to the ground years ago, the only real use for bones anymore is for SKs and Cabilis faction (and really, who gives a flip about Cabilis faction anymore?). But defiant drops seem to me to be common and varied. Maybe the issue is confined to Test? By product of something else the devs were trying out?

Through my experience selling on Zek, Bazaar evertime I save up a 100 bone chips, put them on Trader for 1p each. they sell within the hour. In your personal case you might not use them. But they sell and they are wanted.
Armourcarr, Zek Bazaar Trader. Trader on both Rallos befor merge and on Zek for over 6 years. People on Zek would probably agree that I am an expert on the Bazaar, at least on Zek
