I'm sure I've seen this but can't find the answer.
I have old-evolving-item-#1. How do I transfer the evolving exp to evolving-item-#2 ?
I know it doesn't xfer at 100%, but anything helps.

As I recall, there's a "transfer machine" in Corathus Creep that does it. Right near the gnomes for the Slipgear quests.
