Saturday: I finished up the home city newbie armor on druid, made level 20.
Sunday: 10 levels in castle mistmoore and no silverwing item yet. In those 10 levels of slaughtering tons of inkies, one rough defiant cloth arms dropped.

No EQ as I was in Atlantic City winning money on Dice.
Friday - in Direwind hunting nameds for the Shield of the Otherworld aug then over to Loping Plains to raid Wirlem.
Saturday - lots of time in Oceangreen Village and Hills doing tasks for Bayle's Heraldic Crest augment.
Also hit Ashengate to do the Sabotage task and got update right after I combined the items and walked through the doorway to the ramps where the drakes are in the East wing.
Saturday night's raid had a run at King Odeen in Valdeholm and wiped on the last event but it was a lot of fun.

Finished off the night helping a guildie do some tasks in Buried Sea for the Jonas Dagmire aug.
First weekend in a while that I haven't played the sk alt but just so much to do on the ranger.

Friday I became tired of no group in cod so I got on jonwin and courtin in COD to burn off Lotd and quests. Then I went to Poi for the same reason. NO luck in in finding the mobs up that I needed, so I logged. Played some Freecell and Empire deluxe(tm).
Saturday. Was going to take Elne's druid and Courtin to HOH, but took shaman to group in CoD instead. Burn Lotd and adv potion to ping 3 aa's.
Took jonwin to qeynos to turn in tribute, killed Lt. Arathur my bane as a paladin for many years.
Sunday - After a full day of work, I fixed dinner and did run druid and cleric to HOH. Se basement was taken so I went to south hallways instead. 4 kills and then an ooc about the earring druid could use had me grab it and log both out. Played a bit more empire, and watched some PBS.

I don't know how many old world mobs I have gone back and killed cause I "owed" them 
Took Shaman and warrior into Seb looking for spell drops...and decided to try and get the Spore King to pop...
Well, got him to spawn on the first try, but learned a valuable lesson about clearing the hallways of priests...just as I was casting poison DD on the King as he was walking away and at 2%..he got a complete heal AND kept walking...
Well there were 6 priests in the hallway, and I didn't have near enough DPS to kill against that many healers, so my warrior did what any good tank would do and died while the shaman gated to safety...
Re-grouped and got him the second time and he dropped the robe ( by the way, I always thought the robe should have some sort of regen on it...every other thing the King drops does...oh well)
I think every possible spell but my Shaman spells dropped, but still had a blast.;..

Friday:
Forgot what did during the evening, but late night, joined an open raid for FC. I liked how on the ball they were, but for an open raid, thought there was a missing tactics / strategy overview. Wasn't real happy about that part. And now-a-days I don't really care for not enjoying myself, and they didn't seem to be about that.
Saturday:
Worked on Dranik Loyalist faction a bit, and screwed around doing some other junk. Found out, 30 tasks is the journal limit, as I had forgotten what it was, so loaded it up. Raided Anguish and Yar'Lir during the evening. Went fairly well. Yar didn't drop anything I was interested in though :( No weapons, no ring :(

Worked some more faction, finally got out of dubious. Yay! Then late night, ground out about 30 AAs at the farm. Was good, been a week, of ******** around with faction, quests, etc. since I got more than a few / day.
Monday:
Worked on the Wiki Tribute page some. Had been putting it off for months. Still some errors I need to fix tomorrow. Worked some more faction. Upper Amiable now. Yay! Few more days, and I'll be done with that crap :D

Well, little late on this but was in and out of game this weekend. Do now have my Trader all set and up. Am taking my Ranger around to most of the old sites even if noob zones because she can forage and my toons have various trade skills and selling in bazaar is good too.
Do have one of my great questions though. Why were the graphics for Commonlands, the Ros, etc. upgraded but other zones such as Quenos and the Karanas werent as far as I can tell so far.
Will be a long time before I even attempt to visit the new zones since I seem to discover something else to explore in old zones.
Bought some Elegant and Elaborate Defiant Armor as suggested on this forum and kept their old weapons for now, they are a couple of levels lower but are very good ones.

Some of the old zones were updated. Also include nektulos forest, tox forest, lavastorm and ocean of tears. O and freeport is a nice lag magnet.
Made a Paladin on Stromm (home server).
Running around doing Crescent/Moors quests and helping noobs. Leveled up to 33 as of right now.
In the middle of all this my Guild Leader sent a tell to me saying she had heard from many folk that I was a nice helpful guy and promoted me to officer and commanded me to go out and recruit.
I was getting peeps in anyway, the officer tag just made it easier and she thought it was deserved. I <3 my Guild Leader!!

It was actually the second time I killed him. Had to wait to 66 however to do it. 2 heal pots, one LoH. Arathur is very magic reisistand. Per old world guard mobs has a bit of hp, and only dropped a brass halberd.

The Qeynos guards are seriously some of the toughest of the old world guards. And it is sweeet how they drop nothing...
I remember trying to kill Guard Nash in Qeynos Hills with my wiz...yeah right, nothing stuck except his sword in my backside...
Anyway, thanks for sharing that story...made me remember some mobs I am gonna pay back...
