Crescent Reach Quest ProblemsFollow

#1 Jan 24 2009 at 2:46 PM Rating: Decent
I acquired all items for Reakash's Serenity and the only one that registered on the quest log was the Jar of Mist, the wind chime and the water sample did not register.

From Dakkan's quests the diseases spiders worked but the snake sacs and the mushrooms did not register.

From Lizzrel's Path nothing I picked up registered and it isn't that easy to find that darn broadleaf. I am not too happy about this.

Does anyone have any idea why these haven't not worked? I am very frustrated and on Lizzrel's aznd Reakash's quests I even repeated the steps to no avail.

Help please!

Copy the names of items you found into the 'Search' field to the left. See if they register as related to your quest.

Type in the name of the quest in the search field to the left. See if the walkthrough mentions the items you picked up.

Some items can be 'pre-looted', i.e. you can pick them up before you get the quest. Other items, you have to get the task forst, then loot the item to get the proper update. For some quests, you can 'cheat': loot Item X, go grab the task, drop item X on the ground and pick it up to get the update.

From the Quest Journal:
Obtain a water sample from a pond in the grove and return to Councilmember Reakash - Crescent Reach

means to deliver it to Reakash for an update.

From the Quest Journal:
Purchase a Wind Chime from Merchant Wyn`las and return it to Councilmember Reakash - Crescent Reach

Means to deliver it to Reakash for an update.

Snake Sacs are the items you need to loot, not Snake Venom Sac.

Not sure what may be going on with the mushrooms, but the object you need is a hollows mushroom which you open, by targetting it, and using the /open command. Then loot the remains, which will sometimes contain Hollows Mushroom.

The task steps are to Bring which means deliver for update.

Hope this helps.

Take the item, one at a time and hand them in.
