i do ned cd i cant download the patch and the station launcher keeps freezing up on me
If you can't patch, you probably can't really play anyway. CDs will only help you bypass a lot of patching time, but you will need to patch in order to play, plus whatever blocks your patcher (likely a firewall issue) will most likely also block you from the game itself.
The problem he is having is when he goes to install the game, the eta is 555:55 and some change.
