I need some help on researching. I cant figure out how! I have some papers that i was told was for research but i dont know how to do it or what to get to do it. If i need somthing to beable to use these papers, please state where to get it/them.

Go to Crescent Reach and do the freebie research tasks to get your skill up and the basic idea of research combines. See Researcher Akila to get the quests.
After that, put the pages they said to save in the item search (or www.eqtraders.com if don't have premium Alla access) and find out what recipe(s) they're used in, and what trivials. You might also look at this thread on what to do to skill up, under the Research section.
For spells, basically you need 1 dropped papyrus, scroll, etc. and then clean it, then combine that result with an ink, quill, ink additive and some other stuff, all vendor purchasable.
Other research recipes involve other items, as you'll see doing the freebie quest in CR.
