Since everyone 55+ can enter VP I didn't do the key quest. However I cannot open the locked doors inside it says i not holding the key? What should I do
You need a Rogue with 200+ Lockpick skill.

After 16 years, I'm not listing every friggin character.
Only Ssraeshza Temple has level freed locked doors, the rest still require keys or rogues (or high level bards now) or both.
There's a thread somewhere that should still be around and stickied, that lists all the keys / flags needed for pretty much everything in game (at least at the time it was done).

There is a crazy little exploit that may work for you. Instant illusion clicky's will let you pass thru a door if you time it right, but it has to be the instant type.
Here is what you do. Run towards a door and time the clicking of the illusion just as the door would stop you. It may not work every time but keep trying till you get the timing down right.

The 2 key-required doors are unlocked tho, at least so SOE says .. all my toons have the keys for those 2 doors that have been there since the change.

The key required doors in Ssra are unlocked above the level listed in the patch notes, as I finally took a toon without the keys there. Got my Shm the Primal Essence spell finally too :)
