It would be helpful to provide server information and such.

There's a somewhat Allakhazam guild on Stromm, although I'm not sure if it matches your criteria exactly.

Hey Cridor, there is an easy way to find out an answer to your question;

Go into the Guild Lobby and walk into one of the siderooms with all the bulletin boards in it. Walk right up next to one and click on it.

It will open up a window that will allow you to search for guilds that are currently looking for someone of your level, class, and goals.

You might want to play around with it for a bit to check out all the guilds that are hiring - and you can also activate a "looking for guild" status for that character as well.

If you have already tried the above and didn't have any luck, you might have to make a request or two in general chat, preferably during peak play times. I think most would prefer the "bulletin board" method though (I.E. spamming general isn't the best way imo - it might annoy other players).
