I made a character on the 14 day trial, but every time I try and enter the world, it says the area is not available. How can I fix this? Thanks.

Wait a minute and try again. The very first part involves a private instance and it takes the system about 15-30 sec to build it for you.

I'll be the first to say that having a "pause" like that as the first thing a new player encounters is pretty stupid.
