80 EQ War V'S 80 WoW War!Follow

I was wondering, having never played WoW.. Only EQ for the last 9 years...whats all the fuss about WoW...?
Choosing a fairly common class for both games.. <I assume>.. what do yu think would win in a duel?
Using a lvl80 War Steam Core equipped say 1k aa's, Crystallos weps..
V's
lvl80 War from WoW with similar effort put in through raiding etc..

I'm guessing that with 9 mill peeps sub'ed that a few of you would know the answer...

I know b4 the rants start they are very different games.. but ability for ability Im wondering.

Here's hoping EQ would win!

Cheers

I would say due to EQ's AA system the 80 EQ warrior would spank the little cartoon's bottom!

Depends on what race the WoW warrior is...

If he/she is an Elf it would win because it could
impale the EQ warrior on its ridiculously pointy ears.

How is that for a Vulcan "death touch"?

Pound for pound, Eq toons are incredibly tougher, have more utility and if both are experienced players, the eq war has probably had to fight more tooth and nail than the wow one can ever imagine. I have played both games and that is my standing opinion ever since.

The WoW warrior would tear us limb from limb. Sorry. In WoW, warriors are a DPS class mostly, with really good damage output. In EQ, warrior is a tank class with really high mitigation. The DPS would win in a duel, as it often does.

Oh come on! I can believe that I'm the first one that would suggest that the great CN would win, whichever game he was playing...

Im sorry to bust any WOW players bubble out there, but to even suggest that 80 WOW toy could compare to an 80 EQ player is laughable.. when you consider the game mechanics alone.. (Friend solo'd from lvl 1 to Max level naked while only upgrading weapon slot no armor/jewlry just to prove how easy game was--Before any expanison) So with that knowledge and the fact that looking at demographic of the two games (wow= 12-20year old kids with mentality of Dr00ds and Phat LEwtz vs.. the EQ player= 20+ and for most didnt Plvl so they know there class forwards and backwards) I would say that you would see the WOW character may get in some hits but would probally end up making way too many mistakes and end up the last couple minutes Straffing and jumping thinking it will save them because they have no clue what it takes to acutally play something with challenge.. Seriously can anyone really argue that WOW is more challenging then EQ? .. I personally would love to see the fight though.. Never been to a blood bath before and might enjoy it..

WoW Warriors are made for WoW content and EQ Warriors are made for EQ content. It's not a matter of which warrior is better. Both are great for their intended game. Warrors are very fun in WoW, as they are in EQ.

I (mostly) soloed my fury warrior to 70 (max lvl at the time) and even in my crappy group/solo gear I was getting 4k+ crits. Add in the the uber high resilience gear (anti-crit gear made for pvp) I think you have to give the edge to the WOW warrior.
