Quite a few of the mid 50s spells are not sold at vendors unless you find them in the bazaar. But in the future look at the left hand column see the blue heading SPELLS under that you can search for spell class and level, by word if you wanted a list of all our summoning spells, and the spell will have info on drops and purchase locations.
