I played EQ for years, but stopped about 2 years ago. Im very rusty and dont really member much about playing. Anyways, Im up-to-date on all expansions now and am going to give it a try again. I am looking for a few things to help me get started.

#1 - Maps. Where is the best place to get a full set of maps for all current zones? (Realizing theres probably not any for the new expansion yet) and where do I put them again? Sorry, its been years. (A link to get them would be great as well!)

#2 - UI. I am on a fresh install on a new PC, I have no mods/UI's other than the default. I play mainly on a Bard and Necro. So if you have suggestions on a UI tailored for those classes that would be great! (A link to grab them would be awesome too!)

#3 - Any tips you think would be pertinent for someone coming back after a 2 year hiatus. Ill be checking through the forums as well to try and update myself, but any input is appreciated.

1. Mapfiend is where I always get maps.

2. EQ Interface is where I get my interface pieces or whole sets. There is actually a link to the left of the page here on Alla's right above "Quest".

3. I would look at the post at the top of the forums here. There is a lot of information in there.

Hope you enjoy coming back, don't let all those level increases get to you, it's not that big of grind if your enjoying yourself while you play. Smiley: smile
