I have claimed a veteran reward on a character that I no longer play and want to delete. Is it possible to claim this reward for a new character or is it just gone?

Once you claim them on a toon, it is permanent to that toon. If you delete the toon, the Vet Rewards are gone and still counted as used for that toon. If you move the toon to another account, you will automatically gain the Vet Rewards again after 1-year, and the Original Account will be short the one Vet Reward that the toon claimed on that account.

Thanks for the info. I wonder if I reuse the name if it will stay with the new toon...

if you ask nicely for a gm to move to new character. They will only do once tho.
I had one moved from my old druid to my warrior. but u will have to delete character before they will do it.
