Was it the healer or tank?
I had the healer out (did it on 51 Bard). She ran away like 4 times, but came back in time for those 0mana cost CH's.
So it might just be the tanks

I've been thinking of Nagafen and Vox for a long time, and this thread finally made me levelling my baby warrior again. :-)
So I'm planning on getting him a set of intricate defiant gear, but what should I fill the other slots with? Are the hot zone items (Silverwing etc.) a good choice? Which Trio gear (and which augments) would be fitting for level 52? Are defiant weapons the best I can get at that level?

Defiant weapons blow ratio wise, but they're the best you'll find stat-wise. With a full set of intricate defiant gear, your stats will likely be maxed or close to it anyhow.
Well I have my warrior at 52... waitting till i have Regen 3 And potion belt expanded 1 more slot but At 52 I have 5k hps.. self buffed... (full defiant armor) as soon as I swap the trio jewlry out with the new compartmented version and get all the hotzone hps augs I can at my level I will be trying him as well.. (should have 5500hps) No merc though I will be taking him with vet reward servent only and heal pots... So I expect a tough fight.. if I fail then I will have to come back with a Merc... I hope it works...

Which compartmented trio gear to go for at lvl 52?
Velium Trio... is the one you will use till 56 when you switch to next step up... the best thing I have found to hlep is the Trio Jewlry Calculator.. http://www.kyros.info/Tradeskills/JC-Calc/ it allows you to really see what the jewlry will look like each level you are and what is the best stat wise..

what tier merc were you using? if you had the cheapest chances are that was the reason it was running. the higher the tier the less likely to run. some of the notes i have read say cheapest tier is 25% chance and 5% for best. the notes also stated other factors may modify this percentage (ie adds/ maybe fighting raid mobs also affects?)
Well I wanted to post that I Tried to take our good old Lord Nagy today on Xegony server. (Level 52 warrior 6.5k hp self buffed with 1496ac and as many heal pots as I could get as well as Steadfast Servant (for heals) and the Vet Reward for Max resists. Went in to Battle after clearing entire area so no adds.. Was able to get Nagy down to 84% before I died horriblely, hopefully I will get to try again once I upgrade a little more and I may wait till I have Cleric Merc before Killing.. Hope this helps anyone wanting to try.
