Can't right click to mem spell sets...HELP!?!?!Follow

I can't right click the spell icon on the bottom of the spells to mem sets. It just seemed to stop working after I had to reformat my hard drive. I tried deletine some files...to no avail. I also reinstalled the game after reformatting the hard drive a second time but it still doesn't work. Anyone familiar with the files that control that part of the game so I can either adjust them or delete them and patch them into working again. I was using a custom UI but its no longer updated so I am using the default UI for now.

Any help is greatly appreciated since I find the game too tedious without the spell sets since I box multiple accounts.
