During the July 9th patch this message appeared:

- Several NPCS in the Barren Coast, The Buried Sea, Attiki, Katta Castrum, and Goru'kar Mesa have been lowered in difficulty to help facilitate easier soloing for many players. These NPCs will have a special consider message to indicate they are easier than your average NPC.

Has anyone run into any of these PC's?

I have conned a few things in Katta and Goru'kar but I have yet to see anything with a different message.

If you have seen them and killed them, do they give decent xp?

Wolves in Goru`kar Mesa have a different con message that says they're easier than the normal con message for their con color.

Had time to get some examples:

[Sun Sep 07 18:08:55 2008] a mesa wolf regards you indifferently -- looks kind of dangerous.
[Sun Sep 07 18:08:55 2008] This creature looks relatively weak.

[Sun Sep 07 18:08:20 2008] a mesa wolf regards you indifferently -- You would probably win this fight..it's not certain though.
[Sun Sep 07 18:08:20 2008] This creature looks relatively weak.
