Anyone seen a good walk through of quests per each Expansion. I feel like I am running around trying to figure things out. I have not found a good walk through. Also does anyone know if any of the quest that give exp are worth it verses grinding??

Off to the left side, Quests by zone. And the zones by era, go to each zone listed and the quests are part of the info.
Look under 'Guides' in the menu on the left.

Generally speaking, quests give very little xp compared to flat out grinding. There are some that give good xp, like Jonas Dagmire's Skeletal Hand. But as like most other quests, most of the xp from this very long quest comes from the actual killing of the mobs ,and not the completion of the task (which still gives about the equivalent to about 4-5 mobs worth of xp usually).

Doing some of the tasks given out by taskmasters and from TSS do give nice exp.
I did a lot of them with my toons in their forties.
