Update button on one account is showing update complete but not changing to the Play key. Can't activate button and I have logged out restarted, and done a full scan. Any ideas? Logon server should be up?

It seems it was just a slow connection. Went to do laundry and came back with play button active. (1 to post count.)

Thank you Always for the George W Bush solution. Elne is looking through her button collection now but those are for my waistcoat.
My con buttons didnt work either. Just glad it was a time issue.

Click the little grey 'download' below the button. That nearly always does the trick for me, when the patcher gets stuck. I imagine it's some sync issue, or maybe a hiccup in Al Gore's Internet that causes the download to pause for too long so it needs to be kicked back into gear.
