This is a great guild.
The best I've ever been in to date.

I left because I have screwy play times and
could not make it to raids... but I really
enjoyed the time I played and the people I
played with in this guild.
If my schedule clears up for raids, you can
bet I will work to get myself on track for those
raids.

If you love "old school" raids and really good
guildmates who know their stuff this is
the guild for you.

I know this post is about a specific guild, but this type of raiding actually makes sense. If you progress through the various expansions in order, you will come to each expansion with the ability, more or less, to actually do well. Of course, currently, you can skip several expansions, but where is the fun in that. I like this idea as well, and its too bad that you had problems making it work for you.

Being in this type of guild is quite fun, so don't knock the idea before ya try it =). All the boss wins and loot feels just as great as killing a boss or getting a piece of gear from the latest expansion.

I'm in a classic guild, not progression, (www.theforgottentravelers.com), but I encourage everyone to give guilds like this a try. You would be surprised at how much fun it is.

Almost as much fun as cross server recruiting spam...........it may be fun but it makes the guild look really really bad.

If memory serves me correctly all expansions are enabled on the server regardless if you own them are not. Is that still the case?

Yep, you get all expansions for free on Test. You also get:

- all vet rewards
- double XP at all times
- /resetaa command to reset your aa's if you need to (have to zone before you can use it again, otherwise no limit)
- /testbuff command to advance to level 25 with a canned set of decent gear

I'm probably leaving one out but those are the biggies.

Yeap lots of nice perks on test. Plus they just added /testcopy back in :) We are welcoming anyone that wants to testcopy over a toon as well. Only hitch is the toon must be of lvl 65 or lower with tier 1 pop gear or lower to be with in our era of progression.

Just to update this for anyone looking.

We have taken down Quarm :)

Any test copy people wishing to join any Gear from Plane of Power is good. Also any groupable gear from GoD/OoW is allowed as well. We are also allowing epic 1.5's and we do schedule raids for these :)

No one knows whats going on with the new server/progression whatever it may be. So if your waiting to see what sony may or may not do, come give us a look.

we are still trucking along. With fabled mobs in we have moved into some GoD content working some Ikky trials looking to push into Uqua and Qvic in the future :) We will be heading back to Time to farm some of the uber clickies once fabled season is over.
