I have been gone from EQ for seven years.

I used to play a 55 Erudite Magician on the Eci server. I noticed that Eci is not there anymore.:(

Whats new and are all my old friends gone to new and better things or do you think they might still be around?

How is EQ2? Is it better than EQ?

I used to play Dark Ages of Camelot also...Is that still around?

I have been off the net for a while so bare with me.

As far as eq and eq2, most that went to eq2 eventually came back to eq, i still play eq and there are still lots that do as well. You will be shocked how much eq has changed though, many new zones, and levs

7 years ago a 55 mage is impressive. How commited are you now to holding the same standerd?

If you still get around to reading this get your *** into a good guild. Trust me when I say they are looking for talent. You of course will have to make the time to lvl and relearn alot of things but having a great loop of guildy's will make life alot easier. Chances are they have more in the guild bank than you could get in a couple months.

I used to joke when people would try to steal me from my old guild by saying we have more in our shared bank than your whole guild has for gear combined. At the time, THAT, was no joke.

No worries.

Thanks....I used to play 3 or 4 hours a day. I'm not sure I have time for that anymore. Not to mention that I don't have my account anymore. I suppose it would be easy enough to get it back. I see Sony has saved the characters.

Thanks for the input...you have inpired me to get back into the EQ world (although, I didn't need much of a push).

Also, 7 years ago, this site was so busy that a post rarely stayed on page one for more than a minute or two if it wasn't being replied to constantly. It seems the majority of players have moved onto other things. :(

Well, thanks again and hope to see you in the game someday.

Comebacks are quite easy in today's EQ, compared to even a year or two ago.
