Warsilk Woods Location.Follow

Anyway I'm doing the "Culling the Pests" task I got from a taskmaster in East Cabilis, and its telling me to go to a dragon skeleton in the middle of the arena. Anyone know where that is? I'm guessing its in a ruined building, but I would like to have some clue where to go as everything around the ruins is red and KOS. Anyone know?
