Which zones are you guys finding the Elaborate Defiant pieces dropping in? I need the arms for my wizard. Kind of sad that I'm 75 and they would STILL be an upgrade.
Technically, any 75+ level zone (possibly any zone rated 70+) as they are currently global drops...
I have seen a couple of Elaborate pieces drop from the lower level named in Halls of Honor. I think it's NPC level based, not necessarily zone level based.
Got a plate bp in Vxed, level 66-68 mob of some forgotten type.

They've dropped in WoS and I've gotten some off of mobs in Sunderrock. I believe it is level based though, I would assume 65+ from what I've seen.
I can second the WoS comment. I have been getting Elaborate off mobs north of the wall.

Got the plate gloves in RSS the other day.Got some leather gloves in BoT but they were the ones under the elaborate.
Plane of fire leveling my alts,at c1
Have had some drop in Loping Planes and in Dragonscale Hills.
As for a sad thing for them to be upgrade - My warrior is level 80, and just got an elaborate that upgraded one of his slots.

It can probably drop off of any level 65+ creature.
