Friday - Raided Anguish, on the 72 druid alt, up to Hanvar then passed out while the rest went on to beat OMM.
Saturday - Solo a bit on the ranger in Loping Plains then over to Fort Mech for an hour to kill some mini nameds. Back on the druid after a break and over to Buried Sea to work the hand aug tasks, then on the ranger for Saturday Night Corpse Run raid, which hit Tacvi and killed Tunat, then over to Arcstone and Skylance for 2 shots at Daosheen, both wipes at 10% when the DT didn't get cured. Good efforts tho, especially 2nd try, raid was called after that since it was late. Logged on the druid for some grouping in Sunderock then hit the sack an hour later.
Sunday - Over to Buried Sea for more hand aug tasks on the druid then a break for lunch. After lunch met with the guildies and headed over to Lavastorm for Circle of Drakes, wiped on the first shot when some drakes got aggro'd at the start, but 2nd shot was a win and we got the hp aug to drop.
Then over to Theatre of Blood, had some druid gloves drop near zone in before we partially wiped from the AE's, then took down the Festering which dropped a new bp for me and ran over to the southwest beach for some shammy / warrior mobs.
Got a shammy hat to drop before Sir Savagery pathed too close and ganked us all, called it after that since it was near suppertime.
After supper it was back to Buried Sea until we got a call to help with mage epic fight in Tactics.
Easy fight which I stayed awake for, but I fell asleep before the next fight in Mons Letalis and woke up in PoK safe and sound after getting ported out.
This morning went LD while joining the morning crew in Fort Mech but eventually got in and pinged 1730.

FRI: Log on the necro just to be asked to play my war in BoT. So I ground out a couple aa's on him.

SAT: Activated my second account and had intended to power level my monk with my shaman, but was again asked to play my war in BoT. So I grounded out a couple more aa's. We did kill a name to help a guildie finish a tower key, so now we have another place to die in there. Smiley: grin

SUN: Just logged on to make some potions for my mule. Nothing really going on since the baby didn't want to go to sleep to almost 9 and I had to be work at work early.

I moved to TBS after Direwind. I can't remember the names of all the islands, but Redfeather Island (I think it is) has raptors, pumas and regrua - all charmable, bring the mobs down to the beach. The pirates on the jardels hook and Blacksails folly island are all dot kiteable and really good xp. Remember your charm spell only works on critters up to level 74. The baselisks on deadbone are levels 73 to about 77 so some are charmable, the nice thing is they are non-kos and non-social to elf druids so it makes charm-kiting easy (but careful if you bring friends...they don't like gnomes or frogs).

I soloed all the Jonas Dagmire Skeletal Hand quests in TBS excepting three. Took me from 74 to 76 and a couple hundred AAs.

Droods ftw. Smiley: smile

Fri : Got my hands on GTA 4 and played it till I passed out at like 4 am.

Sat : Standard weekly chore day. Got a little EQ time in(Dranik's Hollows and kept wiping), joined a neighbor's cookout, played poker, won 30$. Came home and mucked about in GTA 4 again until like 4 am.

Sun : Played a little EQ, primarily to get characters back to Riwwi. Pinged an AA on one character, was a little distracted, then got disconnected so I stopped for the day. At least I got back any exp lost during Sat.

Next weekend will be mostly a no EQ weekend as I will not be home for most of it. CAMPING on a river in the foothills. Should be nice and peaceful.

Finally warmly with dranik loyalists. I dinged 66 on the SK time for more AAs.
Quested for the map of old Kuua Saturday night, Ornaia the Foul wasnt giving it up. Sunday tried for Kyv bowstrings in NC, no luck.

I've been burned out this week. Heading to the beach this week. Maybe all the sun and bikini's will charge my batteries. Smiley: clap

Friday No eq other than trader mode.
Did a stint as tour guide, bus late, hardly worked but got paid.
Went by myself to a house concert to hear TOM LEWIS.http://www.tomlewis.net/as elne was too worried about going out.

Sat Worked on the ship, No eq other than trader and a quick jump onto cleric to grab new spells and buff/rezz in lobby. Read book PIRATICA by Tanith Lee and Part of 1634:The Bavarian Crises by Eric Flint and Virginia Demarca

Sunday. Did trolley tours and then reported to ship. No eq other than trader mode.
Just not into playing a lot right now. Partly because of pain, partly just hung on what toon to play. Read a bit more of Piratica and played empire deluxe.

Friday- continued my dungeon expeditions in Old Sebilis and Lower Guk, now dubious to the good frogloks, which is nice, and indifferent with the ghoul lord's scalp I got to drop.

Saturday- more RL renovation work, but found some time in the evening to help some guildies in Stonehive.

Sunday- very brief stint helping guildies in Dulak. The group was levelling fast so we pushed deep into the luggald caves before calling it a night.

Altogether nothing earthshaking, but a fun weekend with friends.

As a side note: I am trying to find a dark-elf mage usable (level 15 atm)head item with the plate graphic. It seems the revised advanced search option no longer lets you filter by appearance?

Anyways, stats don't matter. The only item on the server someone could link me was the nodrop efreeti helm quest piece which doesn't really fit the criteria for obtainable... if anyone recalls an item offhand it would be much appreciated.

Ground out quite a few AA on the beast, then worked on some faction in Lguk (I WILL get that illusion clicky one of these days.), got it up to kindly.

I'm at 248 AAs on the beast at the moment, I will get up to 300ish before I grind to 76. Should be fun.

Thursday Raid night with the guild. Warmed up with a bit of AG North. Dyn'leth's Army, Lethar and Dyn'leth quickly yielded their prize. Can really see the difference that this years Fabled had on the guild. From there we went up to Solteris and knocked out Astire (I like to call him Fred). Took a few attempts as we had a few issues with early aggro and warping mobs. Not fun but kept us on our toes.

Friday Didn't play one bit. Worked out in the yard for 3 hours then watched a movie with the wife while we had dinner.

Saturday Ran a bunch of errand during the day and went out for dinner. Played in the evening starting with some TS farming. Took a small group back out to Loping Plains to work on Fangbreaker faction and earn some AA's. Had a new recruit with us and had a good time chatting.

Had to take a small break around midnight when the 19yr old across the street along with his (now ex-) fiance decided to have a full on shouting match in the middle of the street complete with the obligatory "F you, you can have your F'n ring back" ring toss which drew a small crowd of concerned neighbours out of their houses. I decided someone better step in before it got really ugly so I defused the situation and was able to find the missing ring. The young man wasn't too happy that I convinced his woman to drive off for 30 minutes to calm down. Eventually she returned and the young (happy?) couple decided to take their conversation indoors. Not a peep was heard the rest of the night.

Ahhh.... to be young again.

Sunday No playing till raid time. Tonights raid we decided to try some of the SoF events on for size. Chief Mechanic Clankwrench was our first encounter. After the always fun mass-lemmings run through an unfamiliar zone we all eventually got to where we were staging for the raid. Lots of strat, lots of questions, lots of guessing, lots of adjustments ensued. Oh, then we actually got down to pulling. And wouldn't ya know it.... we beat Chief Mechanic Clankwrench into a pile of scrap metal on our very first try! Go team! I had to tank him for his final 40% and it was a fun event.

Well, since we were now invincible and masters of the Steam Factory, it was onto Spindlecrank. Of course we were going to spank him silly just like we did his loser friend Clankwrench. Toss out some strats, adjust, toss out some more strat.... 3, 2, 1.. GO!

WOAH! Where did those add's come from?
WTF? How are we getting bombs dropped on us! Get those adds under control!!
NO THOSE CAN'T BE MEZZ'D... stop asking!
Tethered? Crap! He's tethered and is now eating a cleric!
Blind! Err... no, Dead!! New Tank!

Needless to say, it was reality check time and a wipe. We went back to the good old learning mode and wiped 2 more times. I can say he's more than likely dead next time as on our 3 attempt we had him to below 20%. A couple unfortunate deaths which we can adjust for sealed our fate.

Good times.

Hey, if just harassing gets you from 74 to 76, then I want to harass someone...

Damn I am dumb, that was what you did BEFORE you went on Sabbatical. Smiley: banghead

Oh, well, good to still see you on the boards.Smiley: grin

Wed-Mon: Trip to New York. Did all those tourist things, including a boat tour, a visit to Guggenheim Museum, the roof of Empire State Building and a musical. It was cool finally seeing this city I only knew from TV. Had some very nice and very long walks and ate A LOT.

Oh, no EQ for me. :-P

P.S.: Never try to find luggage lockers in NY. There are none.
