Leap Year Trivia ?Follow

If 2008 is a Leap Year, then 2100 should be too. 2100 is a 4 year multiple times 23 of 2008. If I am wrong, why??

You are wrong (but I'm assuming you knew that). Every 4 years is a leap year. However, every 100 years we don't have a leap year. Except that every 4th century, we have one anyway... ;)
