1.5 hours longer than the "expected" downtime. You'd think after 8 years+ they could do a better job setting proper expectations of how long the servers will be down for a patch. No one at SOE has ever heard of "Under promise, Over deliver?"

Servers are back up, took them 2 hours longer than expected.

My speculation is that the theme for the EQ devs is probably "Under staffed"
