What effects the rate at which spell criticals go off besides the AA's? For example, does your level or any of your stats or your class matter (i.e. do all silk classes have the same base crit rate} ?

I have heard various oppinions expressed with the prevailing one being that for a given class only your AA's matter. True?

Warriors have a higher crit rate as an innate ability, cleave focus items also change the crit rate as do other classes abilities.

For example the bard epic click and the shaman epic click increase the crit rates.

This is for melee crits. I don't think it effects spell crits??

I believe your int/wis factors into crit rate at some point. Then of course there are some item effects as well as the AA's you mentioned.

I believe wizards can land critical spells innately, at level 12 or so iirc. As far as I know, no other classes get spell crits without the aa's.

Yeah here is Lucy on Bard epic:

Spirit of Vesagran Detail | History | Stacking | Raw Data
Slot Description
9: Spell Crit Chance(12)
10: Critical DoT(12)
12: Increase Accuracy by 140%

Duration says 10 ticks but it always seems shorter than that.

Well, I used to think that higher dex improved a caster chance to spell crit or exceptional heal. I can't find anything to back that claim up, so I'll assume I was wrong about that.

Wizards will always have a higher spell crit rate than any other class with comparable AA.

As a necro other then our rare DD cast, we dont get a message that your spell has crit, it just flows along with our other dots and is a bigger tick of that dot. That being said focus to extend duration and extend damage on dots will look much like a necro crit if you dont have any AA or previous focus.

Well duration not really but you should get it anyway =P.
